PERSONAL DATA FIT BY RENAN COLLECTS FROM YOU
Fit by Renan is a mobile app and will collect the following data about you: Name (including first or last name), Email Address (including but not limited to a hashed email address), User ID (such as screen name, handle, account ID, assigned user ID, customer number, probabilistic identifier, or other user- or account-level ID that can be used to identify a particular user or account).

Such as to authenticate the user, enable features, prevent fraud, implement security measures, ensure server up-time, minimize app crashes, improve scalability and performance, or perform customer support.

Name, Email Address and User ID collected from this app are linked to the user’s identity (via their account, device, or details) and are not used for tracking purposes.

YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THE APP
You provide Fit by Renan with your personal data (name, email address, user ID) when you sign up in the app.
PAYMENT DETAILS
When you purchase Fit by Renan's subscriptions, Fit by Renan will not collect your payment details including debit/credit card information. Fit by Renan uses Apple's in-app auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the Client directly from the Client's device by following Apple's instructions (more information here).
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Fit by Renan will not release and publish users' personal data, including but not limited to name, email address, user ID and photographs.

HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the personal information we collect to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the information you provide when visiting or using the website. Despite our efforts to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee it will be completely secure from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or alteration. In particular, there is always an inherent risk in the electronic transmission and storage of information. To protect the security of your user name and password, we recommend that you use a complex password that is different from passwords you use for other activities, keep all your passwords in a safe place, and do not share your passwords with others. Always remember to logout after your session ends so that other people cannot access your account information. You can delete your account at anytime directly from the app by going to Settings > Delete account or request it by email to info@coachedbyrenan.com. After deletion, your account and associated data (Name, Email Address and User ID) will be permanently removed from our database.
PERSONAL DATA COACHED BY RENAN COLLECTS FROM YOU
Coached by Renan will collect and process the following data about you: personal details. Coached by Renan will collect information that you provide to us when you use the website, including when you create an account on the website (such information may include, but may not be limited to, your name, email address, roll, telephone number and postal address).
Due to the highly customized nature of the services provided by Coached by Renan, the website will also collect further personal information in the standard, mandatory intake form during the enrollment process.

Newsletters and Other Communications. We may offer online or offline newsletters and other communications or reoccurring emails, about our products, services and promotions. When you sign up to receive these communications, we ask you for personal information, such as your name, postal address and email address. We, or the authorized dealer in your area, will use the information to send you the communications you request and to communicate with you about our products and services.
Feedback, Social Media, Surveys, or Contests. We may offer you the opportunity to participate in social media, online surveys, solicitations, or contests. Information we request includes contact information (such as your e-mail address), photos, health status, weight loss, demographic information, videos, and diet/workout plans. Participation in social media, surveys, solicitations, or contests is completely voluntary. Therefore, you have a choice as to whether to disclose any information. We, our business partners, or the authorized dealer in your area, will use the information provided to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor or improve the use of one or more websites or advertising, and to provide aggregated information for marketing analyses. By submitting information to us via contests, social media, or directly, you grant Coached by Renan an unlimited non-exclusive license to utilize your photo and success story in a variety of marketing mechanisms without attribution or royalty. We may utilize said data, except for your name and contact information, to create new intellectual property and or programs without attribution or royalty. You recognize that social media supported fitness is a key and fundamental part of our program, to which you consent.
That being said, upon request we will remove any identifiable information, photos, or plans from any digital distribution mechanism. We will agree to stop utilizing said identifiable information from any print or semi-permanent publications on any future publications or prints that require a revision. We reserve the right to continue to create old versions or print runs.

You may provide Coached by Renan with your personal data when you interact with the page, for example, when you contact Coached by Renan via email or the chat functionality on the website and during customer services communications, or when you contact on the website and mobile app.

All sales are final and payments are nonrefundable, as the Client is the one opting in and out of the services. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the Client.
SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your media: by purchasing the services provided by Coached by Renan, the client agrees to the release and publication of his/her photographs on the website and/or social media platforms owned by Renan Santos and that such release does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to the client's benefit.
